I think that if you want to be friends with someone before you even met them, they often don't end out being your friend. I usually find making friends is usually kind of an accident. Sometimes not. Maybe there's a new kid in school and you want to be nice to them just to make them feel un-left out, they'll end out being your best friend. Or like this one time when I met someone at a camp and I really didn't like her. But, she ended out being my friend. They really aren't always what you expect.
